The company chose the most vital area of the Administrative Capital, which is the Downtown area, specifically in plot MU4-65.

As the front end of the project overlooks directly on the western axis, one of the most important axes of the new administrative capital, and in front of pharmaceutical companies, which serves the medical activities of the project, and the back facade of the project overlooks a tourist walkway

The design was impressive and elegant with glass facades, with display screens covering the facade of the building, and it consists of a ground floor and 12 upper floors, divided into 4 floors for garages and stores (underground), 3 floors for commercial, 2 floors for medical and 8 floors for administrative.
