He explained that the project is integrated and multi-use, as it is a hotel, commercial, administrative and medical project, and provides units of various sizes suitable for the international brands targeted to be attracted to the project, explaining that an agreement was reached with the Qatari company Retaj to manage the project.

He pointed out that it is planned to deliver the first phase of the project within 3 years, with the entire project being delivered within 4 years. Arkan Consultant is the general consultant for the project, Arc Five Asia is the project consultant, and an international Emirati company is undertaking the construction of the project.
